We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cross-platform mobile application developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, with expertise in React Native and experience working on both Android and iOS platforms.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-performance applications for various clients, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences, writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards, optimizing application performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise, integrating third-party APIs and libraries into the application, conducting testing to ensure the application is robust, responsive, and bug-free, and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, hands-on experience with React Native and mobile app development, strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model, familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services, experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX, knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing interfaces, familiarity with native mobile development (Android and iOS) is a plus, experience with tools like Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and preferred skills include experience with TypeScript, familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Detox, knowledge of Agile development methodologies, and previous experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
