Home Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Nurse in a Corporate Hospital setting in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position that requires a compassionate and skilled individual to provide quality care to patients within their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Monitor and record patient's health condition and report changes to the concerned physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements
- Professional nursing certification such as GNM or BSc Nursing
- Comprehensive understanding of patient care and principles of home-based nursing
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and their families
- Experience in providing home care and acting as a caretaker for patients
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Capability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks according to urgency and patient needs
- Empathetic and caring attitude towards patients to ensure their comfort and well-being
- Knowledge of basic medical equipment and procedures used in home care settings
Benefits

- Fresher Salary: 25200 CTC per month + Incentives for 24 hours duty
- Incentives: For 24 hours duty per day - 1550/- per day
