Job Title: Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mobile application quality assurance specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of mobile applications by performing rigorous testing and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining test scope and strategies
  • Providing regular status updates to the test lead/manager
  • Supporting the testing team in achieving project objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including BA's, functional leads, and development teams
  • Contributing to test planning, estimating test effort, and creating test plans
  • Designing and executing test scenarios and cases
  • Tracking and reporting bugs
  • Coordinating defect resolution

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing
  • Good experience in API testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in structured environments
  • Solid hands-on experience in integration testing, functional testing, black box testing, user acceptance testing, system testing, smoke testing, and regression testing
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans
  • Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Advantageous to have experience in tools for mobile testing
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
  • Ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements to test specifications
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills
  • Experienced in preparing test data, preparing test cases, and test execution
  • Very client-focused with regards to service delivery

  • Capable of working under fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Good knowledge of testing tools used in industries today
