Senior Solar Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Operations Manager to lead our solar operations team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations management, with experience in managing teams and leading projects from conception to completion. The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our solar power plants, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of solar power plant equipment.
  • Manage a team of solar operations engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in solar operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
