Test Engineering Leader

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of technology and driving purpose. As a Test Lead/Specialist, you will be responsible for developing UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive UAT test strategies to ensure thorough coverage of Sales - CRM processes.
  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, ensuring meticulous coverage of critical Sales - CRM workflows.
  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users, coordinating cross-functional testing efforts and managing dependencies effectively.
  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects, collaborating with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and maintain detailed documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365s (e.g., Sales - CRMforce).
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Working experience on Sales setup, configuration, and validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • API Integration testing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.
