Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the security of the airport terminal and all areas within the airport perimeter, in accordance with government regulations and BCAS guidelines.

Key Accountabilities
  • Inspect and analyze images of registered baggage at various levels of the Inline Baggage Screening System.
  • Adhere to regulations and guidelines set by statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain ILB Screeners' certification and clear BCAS proficiency tests as per the prescribed schedule.
  • Monitor and report on incidents, including confirmed threats and suspicious movements.
  • Implement guidelines effectively and discharge duties assigned by the Duty Manager or Manager.
