About the Role

This role involves working on cutting-edge systems, including POS machines, digital kiosks, mobile apps, and integrations with payment or delivery partners. Your attention to detail and passion for testing will deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive test plans to cover all possible scenarios.
  • Create and manage test data, including POS setups, menu items, kiosk flows, and integrations.
  • Perform manual and automation testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and menu modules to identify and report bugs.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure all requirements are met.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar).
  • Automation testing skills using Selenium-Java or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail systems.
