Job Title: Project Manager - Interiors

Rodinia Realty & Designs is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Interiors to lead our interior design projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and updates to clients.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and furnishings, negotiating with suppliers as needed.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design and project management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in project management software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant project experience is required.
