Job Title:

A Creative Visualizer is responsible for bringing brands to life through innovative and visually appealing designs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Gather requirements from various stakeholders, design creative assets, and execute the project on time.
    • Develop creatives for Ads, Website, Social Media, and other marketing materials.
    • Organize and assign tasks in a work management tool to ensure transparency and trackability.
    • Constantly research new ideas and templates to enhance aesthetics and bring variety to designs.
    • Set a consistent tone for each brand and provide guidelines to junior designers.
    • Delegate repetitive tasks to relevant team members and ensure efficient utilization.
    • Collaborate with other teams to meet timely design requirements and set processes for completion.
    • Raise alarms when workloads are overloaded or priorities are confusing.
    • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity.
    • Take feedback on creatives from management until brand guidelines are set or a new style is adopted.
    • Study brands' social media to understand their aesthetics and brand evolution.
    • Recruitment and Department Building:
      • Onboard new team members, providing training and task explanations.
      • Mentor and guide team members to build capacity and manage workload.
      • Escalate any team or work-related issues to the right channels.
  • Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity
    • Knowledge of interactive design, usability, and user experience
    • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Prior experience in design and editing software
    • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline
