**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Lead the design and implementation of Middleware infrastructure, including WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, and IIS environments.
  • Develop and maintain automated solutions using scripting languages like bash or sh.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security audit requirements.
  • Design and implement automated code deployment systems using tools like Jenkins and Grafana.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Middleware-related issues.
  • Analyze memory leaks, thread dumps, and heap dumps to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Work with our engineering team to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Middleware environments.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**

  • 8+ years' experience in Middleware administration, preferably with IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat.
  • 4+ years of experience in Linux and Unix system administration.
  • 6+ years of experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, and YAML.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
