As a seasoned data architect, you will design and implement cutting-edge analytics platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem. This remote role requires defining architecture, guiding implementation, and enabling data teams to deliver insights faster and with enterprise-grade governance.

About the Opportunity
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric.
    • Create and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and storage using Dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake.
    • Translate business needs into technical solutions and drive ingestion-to-insight workflows.
    • Establish CI/CD and IaC practices with Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform.
    • Ensure governance, security, and compliance through Purview integration.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads.
    • Stay ahead of new Fabric capabilities and mentor junior team members.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (2–3 years).
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (ARM/Terraform) and data governance practices.
  • Nice to have: Power BI, Azure Databricks, or ML/AI exposure.

  • Strong understanding of Lakehouse and unified analytics design.
  • Ability to build both batch and real-time pipelines.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Adaptive and proactive in fast-evolving tech landscapes.
