Our ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller who can turn ideas into compelling visuals that capture audiences and deliver results.

The successful Visualizer will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop innovative campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually stunning concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate project briefs into captivating visual narratives while staying true to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, styles, and techniques to ensure our work remains fresh and cutting-edge.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and best practices to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in visualisation or a related field (preferably in an agency environment).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling expertise.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Ability to receive and act on feedback positively, refining ideas quickly and efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills to enhance visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools to explore new possibilities and improve efficiency.
