Finance Leadership Role:

We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This key role involves managing financial statements, NBFC compliances, and conducting thorough financial analysis to provide valuable insights into business performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Strategic management of NBFC Compliances to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparation and review of TDS & GST reconciliation to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Filing all necessary returns under GST and other Indirect Taxes within statutory deadlines.
  • Creation and review of monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge on GST regulations to ensure accurate filing of GST returns.
  • Supervision of daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Consolidation of financial statements across departments or business units.
  • Support to internal and external audit processes to ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
  • Collaboration with other departments to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities to maintain quality work.
  • Preparation of data for debt partners in required formats.
  • Assistance in preparation and maintenance of loan-related documents along with checklists.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Saral TDS for effective data management and reporting.
  • Handling payment processing, beneficiary management, keeping KYC updated, and relationships with banks.
  • Coordination with debt partners to share various certificates timely according to loan requirements.
