Lead Luxury Retail Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our boutique operations, upholding luxury standards at every client touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to expand revenue streams.
  • Maintain high-performing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ticket sizes, client acquisition, and repeat clients.
  • Elevate client experiences by ensuring every interaction reflects luxury brand values and ethos.
  • Bolster a culture of personalized clienteling and post-sale follow-up.
  • Organize and host private client events, previews, and activations that exceed expectations.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently maintaining impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of client advisors, assistants, and support staff.
  • Deliver ongoing feedback, conduct product knowledge and service training sessions to drive excellence.
  • Foster a motivated and luxury-driven team culture that aligns with brand values.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and secure storage protocols.
  • Authorize stock in/out, sales invoices, and client documentation with precision.
  • Coordinate audits and compliance with security and safe-room teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of bank deposits and card settlements, excluding bank holidays.
  • Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambiance to meet luxury standards.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to client service, security, and operational processes.
  • Guarantee compliance with HR, finance, and incentive policies.

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in jewellery, watches, or fashion, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in operational areas such as inventory, finance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with regional languages being an asset.
  • Precise grooming, refined etiquette, and luxury presence in client interactions.
  • A genuine passion for luxury goods, design, and creating unforgettable client experiences.
