Job Title: Sr Design Manager HVAC

We have been designing, building, and managing some of the world's best homes since 1996. With 8 ongoing projects and over 4,500 custom-designed homes, our total saleable area under construction spans approximately 14 million square feet across Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Technical Expertise: Knowledge of ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards for designing HVAC systems in high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • HVAC System Design: Responsible for designing HVAC systems for all projects, including calculations for heating and cooling needs.
  • Product Evaluation and Proposals: Evaluate and propose new products, technologies, and design improvements with feasibility studies.
  • Tech Commercial Evaluation: Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of various options and provide recommendations.
  • Energy Efficiency and Compliance: Suggest energy-saving and environment-friendly designs and products, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
  • Construction Administration: Oversee the construction of HVAC systems, review equipment and material submittals, and address issues during or after construction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other teams to aid in architectural and engineering design, engage with teams during design and construction periods, and communicate effectively.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience. Working knowledge of Revit is essential.
