Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, CRM concepts, and data model.
  • They should possess knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  2. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  3. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  4. Work on Salesforce automation features like Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  5. Participate in full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).
  6. Assist in data migration, sandbox management, and release deployments.
  7. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
  8. Debug and resolve technical issues and ensure platform performance and security.
  9. Collaborate with product managers, admins, and other developers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Candidates with Salesforce training, certifications, or academic projects will be preferred.
  • Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) is a plus.
