Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee our finance and accounting operations across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire finance function, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/Service Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance reports.
  • Manage procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, capital expenditure management, salary and employee reimbursements, and fixed assets control.
  • Analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present recommendations to management.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and monthly TDS reconciliation of input tax credit.
  • Manage daily cash flow and working capital.

Requirements:

  • Effective leadership and team player with excellent motivating and guiding skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills.
  • Expertise in accounting systems, POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work independently or partner with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have experience handling accounting operations across Pan India and be well-versed in account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax act requirements.
  • Experience in QSR or retail industries is preferred.
