About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professional to join our team. As an EPM ARCS Developer/Senior Developer/ Lead/ Architect, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty.

  • Implement ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing.
  • Have sound knowledge on ARM/ARCS including Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching.
  • Possess functional knowledge of Finance/accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of working with a consolidation tool and general ledger is a plus.
  • Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on current system.
  • Collaborate effectively with other groups.

This position is responsible for overall development of Account Reconciliation solution (ARCS). You will collaborate with technical experts to implement technologies within the EPM system. You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives, assist in defining scope and sizing of work, and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will also provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third-party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • EPM Experience 5+ Years
  • Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on ARCS/ARM and good knowledge on consolidation process.
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design.
  • Solid functional knowledge of Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers.
  • Sound Knowledge on standard and custom reports.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Travel Readiness.
