About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with expertise in React JS to join our team. As a key member of our front-end development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex React applications, providing technical leadership, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React applications">
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines">
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams">
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions">
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team">
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability">
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and deployment plans">
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field">
  • A Master's degree is a plus">
  • 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on front-end technologies">
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in designing and implementing complex React applications">
  • Expertise in React JS and related technologies">
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks/libraries">
  • Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API)">
  • Experience with modern build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn)">
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies">
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders">
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams">
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)">
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express) is a plus">
  • Certification in front-end technologies or related fields is a plus">
