Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Identity & Access Management – Data Services function, ensuring that user data is accurately aggregated and processed in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and refresh user data on Onecert in a timely manner, enabling effective identity management controls such as leaver/mover and user access reviews.
  • Develop and adhere to processes for generating reports and escalating issues to source user lists.
  • Implement changes to the Onecert catalogue based on security access matrix requests.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists and identify potential risks related to IAM processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM processes and the organization.
  • Conduct regular reviews and exercises to ensure compliance with current procedures and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
