Machine Learning Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Operations expert to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support our clients' enterprise machine learning systems at scale.

You will work closely with data scientists to turn offline models into real-time production systems, develop and deploy scalable tools and services for handling machine learning training and inference, and identify new technologies to improve system performance, maintainability, and reliability.

Your role will also involve applying software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning, including CI/CD, automation, and supporting model development with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security.

In addition, you will facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept machine learning systems and communicate with clients to build requirements and track progress.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills related to working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets, as well as advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques, including decision trees, random forests, boosting algorithms, neural networks, deep learning, support vector machines, clustering, Bayesian networks, reinforcement learning, and feature reduction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Operations
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, engineering infrastructure, and software development life cycles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
