Job Overview

As a key member of our operational team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of cash application, order management, and customer service to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently handle queries related to Cash Apps process, reconcile customer payments, and identify areas for process improvement. Additionally, they will be responsible for communicating with clients on process exceptions and challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying cash payments to customer accounts for different payment modes
  • Reviewing exception logs, investigating, and following up as appropriate
  • Communicating weekly with clients on process exceptions and challenges
  • Reconciling customer payments, reviewing discrepancies from automatic reconciliation, and making manual adjustments as needed
  • Identifying auto cash failure reasons and performing analysis to improve the same
  • Independently handling all queries received in mailbox related to Cash Apps process
  • Researching unapplied cash and following up with Collection team for remittances
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving implementation of Lean and Six Sigma projects

Requirements include:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce or relevant field
  • Relevant work experience in Cash application and O2C
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
  • SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP is a plus
