Property Investment Analyst Opportunity

Evaluate property deals with precision and professionalism. As a Property Deal Analyst, you will assess the viability of investment opportunities using key documents and data analysis tools.

  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals to determine their feasibility
  • Review floor plans, energy performance certificates (EPCs), comparables, agent reports, and other critical documents to evaluate deal potential
  • Calculate essential figures such as return on investment (ROI), yield, refurbishment costs, profit, and gross development value (GDV) to inform decision-making
  • Utilize and maintain our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to streamline the evaluation process
  • Produce comprehensive written summaries of deals with go/no-go recommendations based on thorough analysis
  • Verify every detail triple-checked before submitting work to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of key terms like yield, refurbishment budget, return on capital employed (ROCE), GDV, loan-to-value (LTV), etc.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, verifying work multiple times before submission
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure
