Elite Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Elite Talent Acquisition Expert to drive our high-stakes hiring initiatives in India. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional persuasion skills and a passion for overcoming challenges.

About the Role:

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, Functional Consultants, and other high-demand talent from across Kerala, TN, and other key markets in India.
  • Identify and tap into untapped talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Leverage AI and technology to enhance recruitment productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Serve as both recruiter and brand ambassador, selling our vision to top candidates and creating engaging experiences for high-demand profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Drive and report on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
  • Mentor recruiters, instill a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset, and build a culture of excellence in Talent Acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small-mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech/SaaS/product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset – persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital, and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
  • A technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) is a plus – helps you speak the language of the talent you'll be hiring.
  • Self-driven, thrives on challenges, and has the grit to win in competitive markets.
