Cloud Network Architect Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Architect Lead with experience in designing, implementing and maintaining data center networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and design cloud network infrastructure, including physical and software-defined network frameworks.
  2. Ensure high availability, flexibility and performance of the network while meeting service level agreements.
  3. Maintain, audit and review infrastructure documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents and requests.
  5. Oversee a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance and evaluating team member performance on a regular basis.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and deliver solution presentations or technical proposals for cloud network infrastructure projects.
  8. Manage and/or deliver technical validation activities, including proof of concept.

Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining data center networks, L2/L3 technologies, routers, switches and wireless solutions.
  • Strong understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, security technologies, switching, QoS, network monitoring protocols and SDN technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly resolve complex problems.
  • Highly motivated individual with effective project management and completion of complex network tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep networking skills current with emerging trends.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 4 people in a similar role.
