Responsibilities:

This role requires a highly motivated and creative individual who can develop and execute strategies to grow our audience and improve retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile user behavior, digital marketing, and product development, as well as excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in journalism, communications or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in digital media, editorial management, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in mobile-first digital publishing and understanding of user behavior and content consumption trends on mobile apps.

- Strong background in editorial decision-making, including experience overseeing daily news operations, content strategy, and breaking news.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively about growing and retaining an audience while maintaining editorial integrity.
