Strategic Financial Leadership

As a seasoned Chartered Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial oversight and direction to client businesses. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Oversight: Deliver strategic financial direction to client businesses.
  • Decision-Making Support: Advise on key financial initiatives and conduct in-depth evaluations of business profitability and margin optimization.
  • Financial Reporting & Ind AS Advisory: Enhance financial reporting standards, ensuring alignment with Ind AS, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Succession Planning Advisory: Assist founders and promoters in designing and executing succession strategies to ensure long-term business continuity.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Guidance: Provide advisory on statutory matters including accounting standards, corporate disclosures, and audit readiness.
  • Regulatory & Taxation Advisory: Offer integrated advice on direct and indirect taxation, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance tailored to client operations.
  • International Advisory: Advise international clients on strategic and succession planning by analyzing the tax and regulatory frameworks applicable in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients' internal compliance teams and external advisors/auditors to provide guidance and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Business Restructuring: Assist clients in planning and implementing business restructuring initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Joint Venture Structuring: Provide advisory services on structuring joint ventures (JVs) with international partners in accordance with applicable FDI and ODI regulations.
  • Valuation Services: Conduct valuations in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements to determine the fair value of businesses for various strategic and compliance purposes.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as term sheets, Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreements (SSHA), and Operating Agreements.

Position Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years post qualification experience in similar profile including articleship experience in audit and taxation.
  • Experience in managing clients with turnover exceeding Rs. 200 crores in manufacturing sector.
  • Must have experience of preparing financial statements.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
