  • Training and Support: Provide post-sales support and training to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes from our solutions.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides for solutions provided, ensuring seamless adoption by clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a solution consulting or technical sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions and technology stacks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
