Project Lead for Smart City ERP Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Smart City ERP initiatives, focusing on Property Tax and Water modules. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to go-live—while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Requirement Analysis: Prepare detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain Workflows and Technical Details: Train the development team.
  • Plan Tasks and Allocate Resources: Monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage Changes and Client Feedback: Integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee Data Migration and Testing: Ensure go-live readiness.
  • Train End-Users and Provide Support.
  • Ensure Compliance with QMS Standards.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BCA/BE/BTech in CS, MCA, MSc IT, or MBA (Operations).
  • 7–10 years' experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
