Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our production processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process simulations to determine optimal production methods.
  • Purchasing and installing necessary equipment, ensuring it operates within specified capacities.
  • Applying scientific principles to resolve operational issues, including magnitude, momentum, heat transfer, and more.
  • Supervising plant operations, ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems, resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating work schedules and financial budgets to meet deadlines.
  • Evaluating equipment performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Analyzing safety and environmental concerns, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
