Digital Content Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a digital content marketing coordinator.
This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Scheduling: Assist in developing and scheduling high-quality content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos, aligned with our brand's tone and messaging.
- Schedule and manage content: Use scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments and messages: Promptly respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community experience.
- Monitor online conversations: Identify opportunities for engagement by monitoring online conversations about our brand.
Trends and Hashtag Research:
- Stay up-to-date with trends: Stay current with trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
- Leverage current trends: Suggest creative ways to leverage current trends relevant to our brand.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report metrics: Track and report weekly on social media metrics such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion rate.
- Analyze performance: Analyze performance to identify high-performing content and optimize future posts.
Competitor and Audience Research:
- Conduct competitor analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry benchmarks and innovative practices.
- Research target audience: Research target audience preferences to improve content relevance and engagement.
Campaign Support:
- Create campaign-specific content: Create campaign-specific content and track its performance to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing team: Collaborate with the marketing team on special events or promotional activities.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work with designers and photographers: Work with designers, photographers, and other team members to develop visually appealing content.
- Suggest new content ideas: Suggest and brainstorm new content ideas aligned with our brand's goals and social media strategy.
Bonus Points:
- Interest in finance: Interest in finance or financial topics is a plus.
Work Expectations:
- Dedicate 25-30 hours per week: Intern should dedicate 25-30 hours weekly.
- Office commitment: Commitment to work twice a week in the office is required.
Ideal Candidate:

- Familiarity with social media platforms: Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
