We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formulation Development Scientist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">Discussion and planning of product development strategies, ensuring successful execution and documentation in E-Lab notebooks.">Proactive identification and discussion of potential challenges, with possible ways forward.">Collaboration and coordination with analytical teams for batch analysis and data analysis.">Preparation and review of relevant documents for license applications, including pilot plant batches and stage gate clearances.">Bi-weekly presentation of project status to delivery managers.">Coordination with process teams for optimization trials, plant presentations, and scale-up of products from lab to commercial scale.">Support for filing products with PDR, deficiency responses, and submission of exhibit batch samples for pharmaceutical examinations and clinical studies.">Compliance with company systems and processes, ensuring safety and quality standards.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">Masters or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences.">3-7 years of experience in Oral Dosage Formulations.">Hands-on experience with different solid oral dosage forms, platform technologies, modified release pellets, and matrix formulations.">Technical skills in ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, cGMP, and cGLP practices.">Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.">Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.">
