Job Title: Mechanical Engineer for Fire Protection SystemsAt our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an exciting opportunity to work on fire protection systems in high-rise residential projects or commercial buildings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Manage task-oriented groups and ensure that the installation, inspection, and testing of fittings and work meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise contractors, labors, and vendors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines.
  • Inspect work sites for code compliance and safety hazards.
  • Facilitate problem-solving among subcontractors, clients, vendors, etc. during construction.
  • Validate design issues related to fire fighting and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate and administer fire fighting-related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
  • Ensure billing is done in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • BE/B.Tech Mechanical with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems.
  • Excellent exposure to all aspects of fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day work and designs.
  • Well-developed planning skills.
  • Result-oriented.
