Print Production Manager Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Print Production Manager to oversee day-to-day print execution for our clients. This role drives timely deliverables through effective project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Client Expectations
  • Maintain Adherence to Client Processes and Policies
  • Provide Technical Support and Advice to Minimize Costs
  • Partner with Artwork Studios and Printers to Ensure Quality Prints and Consistency
  • Support Design Phases Through Artwork Processes, Review, and Risk Identification
  • Lead Conversations with Stakeholders During Color Assessments on Print Work
  • Develop Strong Project Management Skills to Track Timelines and Meet Deadlines
  • Manage Color Standards Storage and Support Courier Arrangements with Logistics Companies
  • Take Initiative and Proactively Resolve Challenges
  • Foster Good Relationships Across Stakeholders
  • Provide Onsite, Offsite, and Printer Site Support as Required

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive print production experience or equivalent education
  • Client-Facing Experience and Prior Experience in Project/Account Management
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation Tools
  • Strong Knowledge of Various Print Methods (Offset, Flexo, or Gravure)
  • Excellent Analytical, Prioritizing, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving, Presentation, Budgeting, Project Management, and Planning Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (Analysis, Interpretation, and Reasoning)
  • Able to Develop and Maintain Collaborative Relationships with Peers, Colleagues, and External Clients or Vendors
  • Able to Work Well Autonomously and Within a Team in a Fast-Paced and Deadline-Oriented Environment
  • Able to Influence Peers and Senior Management
  • Self-Motivated with Critical Attention to Details, Deadlines, and Reporting
  • Ongoing Travel May be Required (Local/International)
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet Applications
