Event Tech Solution Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Front End Developer with expertise in React to join our Event Tech Suite team at Webcontxt. With over a decade of experience in revolutionizing event experiences, we are on an exciting journey to launch innovative SaaS products that transform the event industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality, scalable user interfaces for our SaaS products using React, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to modern web standards.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform designs into dynamic and interactive web components, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Integrate frontend elements with server-side functionalities and APIs, working alongside backend developers to ensure seamless data exchange and application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, advocating for best practices in frontend development to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks related to frontend development, incorporating new insights to continuously innovate and improve our event tech solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the frontend domain, providing effective solutions in a timely manner to uphold service quality.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to project architecture, design decisions, and coding guidelines to support knowledge sharing among the team.
  • Mentor junior frontend developers, nurturing their professional growth and ensuring they adopt best practices in their work.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in React.js and familiarity with current standards, including hooks, context, and the component lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6 to create engaging user interfaces that are responsive and accessible.
  • Experience with popular React workflows, such as Flux or Redux, ensuring state management is efficiently handled across our applications.
  • Ability to integrate RESTful APIs into our frontend architecture, crucial for seamless data retrieval and manipulation within our SaaS products.
  • Solid understanding of version control tools like Git, supporting our collaborative environment and continuous integration pipelines.
  • Keen eye for design fidelity and experience with design tools, such as Figma or Sketch, to translate design concepts into functional software accurately.
  • Skills in optimizing application performance for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring our users enjoy smooth interactions during events of any size.
