Are you a skilled project leader seeking a new challenge?

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to oversee our projects in Gujarat, India.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking ownership of project planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Coordinating with contractors, procurement teams, and site management to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing and reviewing project MIS reports at regular intervals
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in project management, with experience in large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings, hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 25 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, contract administration, architecture, and design, as well as quality assurance.
