At Godrej Properties Limited, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting with the last mile execution of all Rewards and Benefits programs, including incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage HRMS data to ensure it suits the needs of the organization.
- Study data and analyze trends to support decision-making on projects/initiatives across Rewards, Organization Structures, and other strategic initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to Rewards, HR policies, benefits, and processes in a timely manner.
- Identify inefficiencies in Rewards processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and employee/stakeholder experience.
- Assist in implementing new HR tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in human resources or Finance.
- 2-3 years of work experience in related HR Operations role.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI/Other data tools.
