About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PMO Consultant with expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to lead a global Windchill v13 Upgrade Project. This strategic program is part of a major healthcare and life sciences industry initiative, offering high visibility and impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a Windchill v13 upgrade, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements.

A key aspect of this role is managing change control processes and overseeing overall project execution and risk mitigation. The consultant will serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues, applying structured problem-solving to resolve challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of a Windchill v13 upgrade.
  • Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules.
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.

You should possess vendor management skills, migration and upgrade experience, validation and regulated industry knowledge, communication and governance skills, change and adoption management skills, budget and financial tracking skills, and soft skills such as hands-on leadership style with an ability to influence and engage teams.

PMP (Project Management Professional)

CSM / Advanced ScrumMaster

Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies

Tools Proficiency: Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, MS Project
