Senior Decision Analyst Role

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Decision Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Perform end-to-end data analysis for digital, store, and omni experiences.
  2. Collaborate with developers, customer feedback teams, and build measurement plans to provide deep dive analyses.
  3. Share findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through the creation of dashboards and presentations.
  4. Partner with technology partners and product owners on how to interpret dashboards.
  5. Summarize feature outcomes and effectively present recommended go-forward strategies.
  6. Build and maintain Power BI store and customer reporting.
  7. Own partnership in workshops to help brainstorm new ideas for features or site enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
  • 6-9 years of digital/eCommerce, analytics, or other related experience.
  • Expertise in Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics).
  • Expertise in Power BI and SQL.
  • Experience with omni experiences and customer analysis within the retail space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to executives, non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Basic understanding of tag management is a plus.
  • Demonstrated curiosity to take on complex projects and continue to learn new ways of thinking and technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
