Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end features of our applications using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-specific technologies.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a client-facing development team with expertise in Java and AEM knowledge
  • Solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems
  • Ability to integrate AEM with third-party services
  • Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS, will be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement AEM-based enterprise content solutions
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations
  • Develop unbiased product innovations and optimize AEM solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Work on Springboot application and AWS, handling CI/CD pipeline
  • Conduct code reviews and employ strong coding standards
  • Mentor team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java and AEM knowledge
  • Strong experience as a senior front-end developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations
  • Solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems
  • Ability to integrate AEM with third-party services
  • Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS, will be a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Embrace learning new technologies quickly
