Job Title: Senior React Native Engineer

HNM Solutions is a fast-growing tech company based in Bangalore, looking for an experienced Senior React Native Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time role with an estimated salary of ₹1,300,000 per annum.

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Native Developer to work on large-scale mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience using NodeJS, React Native, and other relevant technologies. They will be responsible for designing flexible and well-structured front-end architecture and APIs to support it. Our team collaborates with graphic designers and product teams to create innovative solutions. Key skills required include knowledge of PWA, Android and iOS applications, Java, and ReactJS. Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS), RDBMS technologies (MySQL), serverless applications, SOLID principles, Design patterns, Dev Tools, RESTful API development, integration, Unit tests, code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, up-skilling in new technologies, and cross-functional agile team experience are added advantages. The selected candidate will also possess comprehensive soft skills including communication, decision-making, time management, stress management, flexibility, negotiation, public speaking, confidence, active listening, and team building skills. Successful candidates will have strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and experience developing microservices. Additionally, they should be able to design and develop serverless applications. Strong debugging skills using modern Dev Tools are essential. Experience with RESTful API development and integration is also required. Experience in Unit tests, code reviews, and experience with mentoring junior engineers is preferred. Ability to up-skill in new technologies and cross-functional agile team experience are added advantages. Innovative thinkers with strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
