About Solana Blockchain Engineering Role

We seek a highly experienced and skilled professional to spearhead our Solana blockchain development efforts. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing high-performance decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and on-chain programs on Solana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems
  • Coding Best Practices: Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code adhering to industry standards
  • Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects
  • Documentation: Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components

Required Skills:

  • Rust Development: Proficient in Rust programming language with good development experience in Rust and its ecosystem
  • Blockchain Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain
  • Team Guidance: Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust
  • Fullstack Development: Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps
  • Smart Contracts: Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts
  • Token Standards: Strong understanding of various token standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.)
  • DeFi Protocols: Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or related field
  • Experience: 2+yrs of relevant exp. with Solana blockchain
