About This Role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement world-class software that operates in all facets of our organization.

This position involves participation in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, debugging, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Develop and manage scalable front-end architecture with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment.
  • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, leveraging services such as App Services and Azure CDN.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices in software development.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development workflows and performance.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end architecture.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data workflows.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features under tight deadlines.
