Job Title: Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive production support for treasury management systems. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and technical troubleshooting capabilities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for treasury management systems.
  • Maintain system performance by applying database expertise.
  • Author and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Apply working knowledge of the data model to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Work with data integration technologies for seamless connectivity.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience with treasury management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in static data maintenance within financial applications.
  • Proficiency in database concepts and SQL query authoring.
  • Experience with data integration technologies and workflow framework.
  • Familiarity with treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.
