Chief Storyteller

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the external voice and communication of our organization from the ground up.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills, as well as hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, and ABM strategies.

The role offers a unique chance to lead branding efforts, manage social presence, and execute campaigns across various channels, driving business growth and success.

Brand Development:

• Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity that resonates with our target audience.
• Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives that engage and inspire.

Creative Content Production:

• Design and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials that showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with customers to create and amplify their success stories, building strong relationships and fostering trust.

Social Media & Digital Presence:

• Manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms (organic + paid), driving engagement and conversions.
• Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance.
• Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms, establishing our organization as a trusted authority in the industry.

Events & Showcases:

• Drive brand presence at key events such as conferences and partner showcases, creating memorable experiences and generating buzz.
• Oversee pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

Measurement & Insights:

• Monitor performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
