Job Title: Advanced Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Advanced Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

This is a pivotal role that requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit. As a key member of our team, you will design, architect, and implement large-scale machine learning systems that drive business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of large-scale ML systems.
  2. Drive AI/ML strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
  3. Architect and implement state-of-the-art generative AI solutions.
  4. Oversee development of scalable ML pipelines ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
  5. Provide technical leadership in MLOps, deployment strategies, and governance for AI models across edge and cloud.
  6. Evaluate emerging research and technologies in AI/ML and recommend adoption strategies.
  7. Mentor, coach, and grow data scientists, ML engineers, and research teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, transformers, VLMs).
  • Strong knowledge of model fine-tuning, hyperparameter tuning, and model selection.
