We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Generative AI Software Developer to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge Generative AI projects.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, R&D, product, and growth teams to understand how AI Builders are using our tools and make recommendations for improving their capabilities (and execute them).

About the Role:

This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and deep learning techniques, particularly in generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers). You will design, develop, and implement advanced features to improve the Generative AI capabilities of the ClearML AI Platform.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and customer feedback to inform the GenAI product roadmap. Additionally, you will optimize existing machine learning infrastructure for improved scalability and efficiency.

A strong programming skill in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch or Tensorflow; C++ knowledge preferred is required for this role. Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis, familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), and containers (Kubernetes, Docker) is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced features to improve the Generative AI capabilities of the ClearML AI Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and customer feedback to inform the GenAI product roadmap.
  • Optimize existing machine learning infrastructure for improved scalability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch or Tensorflow; C++ knowledge preferred.
  • Solid understanding of ML frameworks and deep learning techniques, particularly in generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with containers (Kubernetes, Docker).
Benefits:

ClearML offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
