Visual Design Expert Role Overview:

You will conceptualize and create compelling visual elements that align with our brand's aesthetic identity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printed materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Create custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visuals as needed.
  • Maintain consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Degree Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is required.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience is preferred, particularly in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is an advantage).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums is essential.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles is crucial.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is vital.
