Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Java Production Support Professional to maintain and enhance our production systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with a passion for solving real-time production issues while contributing to development efforts.

The role entails 70% support and 30% development work, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to leverage their technical skills in a dynamic environment.

  • This position is ideal for those with experience in technical product support roles, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Strong understanding of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts is required.
  • Experience working with Microservice architecture environments on AWS is also necessary.
About the Job:
  • Solve critical customer/field technical escalations from various teams using technical and analytical skills.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team on ongoing escalations and statuses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines.
  • Build tools and techniques to aid in Root Cause Analysis using available data and code base.
  • Reduce time to resolve product issues by fixing them as needed after RCA.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years' experience in technical product support type roles, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues.
