Key Responsibilities
  • Finalize Books of Accounts
  • Get ready Balance Sheet, P&L, ITR
  • Manage all Taxation Compliances
  • Track All Agreements/Bank Guarantees
  • Develop commercial strategy and direction of projects
  • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • Build and manage relationships with customers
  • Oversee performance of commercial team
  • Monitor budgeting expenses
  • Identify and manage commercial risks
  • Manage Company Payable and Receivable
  • Manage all branches of company in terms of accounts and finance
  • Deal with Legal Works of Company
  • Study/Renew Agreements of company
  • Plan and implement various cost-cutting initiatives
